WE QUIT!

Mr. K and I are therapy drop outs!
This is the first thing I think I have ever quit in my life!
Back at the end of March I did a little research and picked a therapist, one that supposedly had experience with our situation as well as infertility problems. I now think her resume was a load of BS!
The first session was not so bad, Mr. K and I both went and we talked about a lot of things and we got a lot of things off our chests. But as we went back week after week she seemed to have forgotten pertinent information. Information like: the girls names, the fact they were twins, when they were born, etc.! So needless to say this really REALLY pissed me off!
After the 4th or 5th secession she seemed to stop letting us talk about the girls, even if we clearly wanted too! She kept asking us questions about my parents and Mr.K's mom! And yes I know there are issues there, but I was not paying that woman to deal with my issues with my parents or Mr.K's mom! I wanted to talk about the girls, and ONLY the girls!
How come she didn't get that? And why did she keep changing the subject?
The best part of the whole thing is that during all of our last minute traveling the past few weeks I called and canceled an appointment and she said she would call us back to reschedule. And truthfully I hoped she wouldn't call and then she didn't! Well until yesterday! The best part was the first thing she said was "I guess you’re not planning on coming back?" which gave me the perfect opportunity to say "No, I don't think we will!" then she let me know that she had already mailed me the paperwork to sign off for the insurance company to pay her and to have a nice day, all in one breath! I am so irritated with her I almost don't even want to sign the paperwork when it gets here so she won't get paid, but then again that could be a little much!
I guess she disliked us as much as we disliked her!
But now I just fell jaded and I don't think I am going to try this therapy thing again for a while! I just don't want to...even though I probably need too!

I really am still here!

WOW I have been MIA! And the thing is I have been reading, just not commenting or posting!

The last few weeks have been so busy! I don't even know where to start!

Mr. K and I went to San Antonio to spend the weekend with Amy Sue and the end of last month and we had a BLAST! Lola even joined us on Sunday to go to Fiesta Texas...Did you know I LOVE amusement parks and roller coasters!

The following Thursday we drove to Dallas to help Beth Anne get ready to move in her house, we worked really hard! But I know she was really excited...I meant to take some pictures, but I seam to always be leaving the camera at home! When we were in Dallas we stayed at B&D's and we had a blast! D's parents celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary, and she and her brothers threw them a surprise Anniversary Party! So I really kept myself busy making cookies, bread and brownies for the party!

When we finally got home Mr. K and I taught VBS at Church, and Mr. K will tell you he only went for the food, but I know he really had a GREAT time playing with the kids, you should have seen the track they made for there cars (again I forgot the camera!)!!

Fathers Day was interesting to say the least! But we made it! We hosted The Old Man(Mr.K's Dad), My Dad and Brother for lunch on Saturday! We also had My Mom, Granny, SiL and Baby Colt..who has really grown on me-he is getting so cute!

All of last week I took My Granny to her therapy secessions, it didn't go very well! And today was the worst so far! She really can be hurtful when she wants to, and because I take her to her appointments she blames the whole thing on me and takes it all out on me!

The one thing I am most excited to share is that Mr. K and I went last week and FINALLY picked up out the design and ordered a marker for The Girls! I have been putting it off for so long, I guess because then it really would be real. But it was something that I needed to do, it was more than past time! And strangely enough when we finally got down to the grave site I felt a small since of relief! I had no idea how much I wanted to take care of it, but I did!

So its been a crazy few weeks, and I know I have been MIA, but I promise I have been reading...And I am really excited/keeping my fingers crossed/ praying for all of you!

On the Road Again....

Mr. K and I have been traveling for the better part of the past two weeks, and we don't plan on going home for almost another week. So I have been in and out of computer connections. But I am still alive and having a great time in Dallas again! Even though Beth Anne is a slave driver, not really... she just bought a new house and we are helping her get it ready for moving in! But I have computer access here at B&D's so I should be able to get a blog or two together before we head home for the multi wedding weekend! Oh Joy! But just in case you were wondering...Yes, I am still alive! And I promise more exciting things are coming...and soon!
